A sequence of text characters enclosed in quotes. The following escape sequences are recognized: \" - to insert a quote mark
\n - to insert a LF
\t - to insert a tab
\r - to insert a CR
\xnn to insert hex char nn (use for inserting non-printable chars)
Example: mat_title <"Hello\nThere">
