Change status.

- status : Three letter, case sensitive, code for the status you are changing to (NLN, BSY, BRB, AWY, IDL, PHN, LUN, HDN)
- capabilities : Optional, the capabilities of the client
- objectDescripter: Optional, MSNObject. Must be URL encoded.
Returns The server will echo the command back if successful.
