Cause: Password is incorrect. In most circumstances this is due to not setting (or using) a legacy password as laid out in the account settings. It can also be caused by having a password which is too long or too complex (containing non-alphanumeric characters for example) and the client does not support using it. You may try setting legacy password which is shorter (less than or equal to 10 characters) or less complex (only using letters, numbers, and regular symbols like %, $, !, etc) and trying again.
