GTC

Sent following a unmatched SYN's response. A value of 'A' indicates that whenever someone is 'added' to the Reverse List, the client should notify the user that someone has added him/her and ask the user about what to do. A value of 'N' means that inconsistancies in the contact list should be largely ignored..
