Permission Flags - ActiveX
Applications with the ActiveX® permission can load ActiveX controls in the security context of the local user.
If an application has both the ActiveX flag and the SendFile flag enabled in the MSN® Messenger Activity directory, an additional event is available in the Channel object: OnFileReceived.
ActiveX controls are needed to interact with the local file system.
An application must be able to demonstrate a need for the ability to write to the local file system to be considered a candidate for this permission flag.
